Adeyinka Grandson was recently released from prison within the past three weeks but has been restricted from speaking on social media. He authored an article titled "My Unfair Imprisonment - A Stain on the English Judicial", addressing his wrongful conviction and imprisonment. Additionally, he posted on Facebook, urging the Yoruba Police Service in Lagos to arrest and prosecute an English correspondent of the Financial Times who labelled Tinubu as a criminal following his electoral victory as the President-elect of Nigeria.

As a consequence of these actions, the National Security Division in England, which includes the GCHQ, MI5, MI6, Counter Terrorism Police, and the Metropolitan Police Service in London, is seeking to recall him to prison unless he consents to wear an electronic tag, potentially leading to trial and even endangerment of his life.

We strongly advocate for equitable treatment from the Yoruba Police Service in Lagos, against the English community in Lagos, in light of the discriminatory practices historically enforced by the English Metropolitan Police Service in London against the Yoruba community in London.

Attached is a video of the police raiding his house on April 5, 2024, along with a copy of his article titled "My Unfair Imprisonment - A Stain on the English Judiciary."
